How much do your programs cost? (Coming soon, beta mode)
Yes. All Netivo trainers possess educational or technical backgrounds and undergo strict curriculum training. Trainers working directly with children and vulnerable adults must successfully pass comprehensive criminal background checks.
Are you trainer qualified?
We offer four flexible formats: In-person (we travel to your home, office, or community space), Virtual (live video via Zoom), Hybrid, or Self-paced online courses.
One-on-One Coaching: 60 minutes per session.
Group Workshops: 90 minutes to 2 hours.
Corporate Training: 4 to 6 hours for full-day programs.
Online Courses: Self-paced, typically averaging 4 to 8 hours total.
What formats and session lengths do you offer?
No. Our focus is entirely on user education and software security configurations. Hardware repairs, technical IT support, and heavy virus extractions fall outside our scope of service, but we are happy to recommend trusted local professionals.
What if I've already been scammed?
Our services are educational and are not covered by traditional health insurance or Medicare. However, certain flexible spending accounts (FSAs) or health savings accounts (HSAs) may cover wellness-related digital education; check directly with your plan administrator.
We require at least 48 hours' notice for individual coaching sessions and 7 days' notice for group programs to reschedule or receive a full refund without penalty. Self-paced online courses are fully refundable within 7 days of purchase, provided less than 25% of the course content has been completed.
Do you accept insurance or Medicare?
What if I need to cancel or reschedule?
Our Fraud Recovery Support program can assist you immediately. We guide you step by step through reporting incidents to the appropriate authorities, interacting securely with banking institutions and credit bureaus, setting up active identity monitoring, and processing the emotional aftermath.
